8. Prepare draft NEPA document, Evaluate alternatives pursuant to the
National Environmental Policy Act (May 1998 - January 2000)(assumes
EIS).
9. Final NEPA document, Record of Decision, and Formal agreement among
the appropriate parties to implement and fund the Plan
(January 2000 -June 2000).

Support Activities
11. Public Information Activities (ongoing). One public meeting in
Craig, Colorado, in the summer of 1996. A Public Involvement Plan
will be developed in FY 96.
12. Hydrology Support (ongoing). Hydrosphere, Inc., will be retained to
provide hydrology support for Tasks 1 -3.
13. Stream Gages. Install, operate and /or maintain appropriate stream
gaging stations to monitor flow /sediment in critical reaches.
