When this process has been finalized and you have completed and fully executed copies, <br />please return a complete set of the loan documents to me. It would be greatly appreciated if you <br />could expedite this process so that WRCC, Inc. can receive funding as soon as possible. As you <br />may know, this project has essentially been completed and WRCC, Inc. has taken out a bridge <br />loan from a local bank in order to pay the contractor as invoices are received — thus the need for <br />prompt funding so that the bridge loan can be repaid as soon as possible. <br />Should you have any questions or require anything further, please let us know.
