B. No. 127 was declared passed. <br />The names of Representatives Edmonds, Strahle, Lloyd, <br />Bowe, Gunn, and Arnold were added as co- sponsors to S. I3. <br />No. 127, 1 <br />On motion of Representative Tempest the House resolved <br />itself into Committee of the Whole for consideration of Gen- <br />eral Orders and Representative Tempest n•as called to th;: <br />chair to act as Chairman. <br />GENERAL ORDERS— SECOND READING OF BILIA <br />The Committee of the Whole having risen, the Chairman <br />reported that the following bills have been considered and <br />action taken thereon as follows: <br />H. B. No.'1162, by Representative Hinman —For an act con- <br />cerning the Colorado racing commission, and relating to <br />its powers to license and to exclude track patrons. <br />Representative Hinman moved that I.I. 13. No. 1162 be - <br />laid over until Tuesday March 13, 1973 and retain its place <br />oil the Calendar, which motion was passed by a majority of <br />those elected to the House voting in the affirmative. <br />S.
