Janicki, Senior Water Resource Specialist for the Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board, do hereby state as follows: <br />1. In approximately _1987, in my capacity as a Water Resource Specialist <br />forthe Colorado Water Conservation Board, I listened to and transcribed, to the best <br />of my ability, the attached transcript in regard to Senate Bill 97. <br />2. Also approximately in 1987, I made accurate and true copies of all of <br />the Senate and House Journal pages and Appendices related to Senate Bill 97. <br />3.
