The Applicant must be held to strict proof that it is seeking a water <br />right that is a legally cognizable beneficial use of that water. <br />e. The application does not present sufficient information to fully evaluate <br />the extent to which the Board's instream flow rights may be injured. <br />f. Objector is unable to determine from the application whether additional <br />grounds for opposition exist, and therefore reserves the right to assert other grounds <br />for opposition as they become known. <br />4.
