Appropriation date; <br />h. Date of adjudication decree (or permit), if any, and case number <br />and court in which the water right was decreed (or permit number); <br />Decreed use and amount; <br />j. Time of use; <br />k. Status of water rights (absolute or conditional); <br />Case number and court of any judicial proceeding which has <br />resulted in any change in the water right, or pending judicial <br />proceedings in which any change in the water right is sought (or <br />permit numbers). <br />4. Please state precisely and in detail how the water rights identified and described in <br />response to discovery request #3 above will be adversely affected by the <br />Application in this case. In answering this interrogatory, be specific as to the <br />nature and extent of the alleged injury. <br />5. Please admit that the diversion structures in the Boating Course that have been <br />built to date alter the natural channel of the Blue River. <br />6. If your response to the preceding request for admission was anything other than an <br />unqualified admission, please state precisely and in detail all facts, documents, <br />witnesses, opinions, or other evidence of any kind that support your response. <br />7.
