IV. Discovery Schedule <br />The number of interrogatories, requests for admission, requests for production of <br />documents and depositions shall be in accordance with the limitations set forth in C.R.C.P. Rule <br />26(b). Discovery may begin at once, as authorized by Rule 11 of the Uniform Water Court <br />Rules. All written discovery must be served on or before February 11, 2002. The date for <br />completion of discovery shall be March 26, 2002, unless extended by the Court for good cause <br />shown. <br />The undersigned counsel certify that they have advised their clients of the estimated costs <br />and fees involved in conducting such discovery. <br />V. Time to Join Additional Parties and Amend Pleadings <br />The parties do not anticipate the need for joining additional parties or amending the <br />pleadings. Pleadings of any party may only be amended upon leave of Court. <br />VI. Pretrial Motions 7Z/, <br />1. Di it' <br />spos ive Motions shall be filed on or before . <br />2. Motions in Limine and all other pretrial motions must be filed on or before April <br />5, 2002. <br />VII. The parties agree to <br />cooperate to schedule such a visit on a date acceptable to the Court. <br />Applicant shall file and serve upon objectors on or before April 19, 2002, a proposed <br />order that sets forth any necessary findings, terms or conditions that the applicant reasonably <br />believes the Court should incorporate into the decree pursuant to Water Court Rule 2(f). <br />khm0569 <br />
