Trial Setting. <br />Although Case Nos. OOCW259 and OOCW281 have not been consolidated, for efficiency <br />purposes the Court has agreed to hear the trials in both cases consecutively. The trials have been <br />scheduled for May 6 -10, 2002, and shall begin with Case No. OOCW259. The parties understand <br />that the Court has also held open May 13 -14, 2002 in the event that the trials are not completed <br />by May 10, 2002.
