A stay of such moderate <br />duration, that would promote judicial efficiency and conserve the parties' resources, <br />without prejudicing the applicants, should be granted. <br />III. CONCLUSION <br />Continuing the trial and staying the related discovery deadlines in this matter will <br />promote judicial economy, conserve judicial resources, and conserve the resources of the <br />parties, without causing prejudice to the Applicants.
