3. Due to conflicts with the schedule of the undersigned counsel for the <br />State, and the length and complexity of Applicants' Joint Motion, undersigned counsel <br />requests a minimal enlargement of time of four days, or until August 2, 2002, to respond <br />to the Applicants' Joint Motion. <br />4. The undersigned counsel has contacted counsel for the Applicants <br />regarding this proposed enlargement of time. Applicants' counsel has not yet indicated <br />whether Applicants will oppose the State's motion. <br />5.
