UrM <br />X 16. Water in the amounts claimed for the course are available for appropriation in <br />Gore Creek. However, the objectors do not agree that the amounts claimed are <br />controlled or that the amounts claimed are reasonable and appropriate under <br />reasonably efficient practices to accomplish without waste the intended purpose of <br />the appropriation. <br />OTIMMMMM AT <br />X 18.
