The proposal is in conformance with the Town of Vail Design <br />Guidelines, including applicable park design criteria, as outlined in <br />Title 14 of the Vail Town Code. <br />2. The DRB finds that the location of these recreational amenities is <br />detrimental environmentally or aesthetically, and therefore grants <br />exemption from setback limitations in accordance with Title 14 of t <br />Vail Town Code. <br />APPROVED WITH 4 CONDITIONS: <br />1. All areas disturbed during construction must be revegetated in <br />accordance with the approved plan. This is necessary for erosion <br />control as well as aesthetics. <br />2. The concrete pad underneath the pedestrian bridge will be covere <br />in stone to the maximum extent feasible. A revised hydrology stud <br />will be conducted if it is necessary to ensure the rocks will not was <br />off of the concrete pad. <br />3. Boulder sizes will be staggered and erratic in order to avoid a <br />uniform "man- made" appearance. <br />4. The beach area on the south side of the creek should be made as <br />easily accessible as possible. <br />2.
