The PBO will examine not only the basin -wide impacts of depletions, but <br />' <br />also take into account other related consultations (e.g., Flaming Gorge, High Savery). <br />• Reinitiation criteria: Population estimates are being developed for Colorado pikeminnow on <br />the Yampa and Green rivers. Modde will develop similar criteria for the humpback chub as <br />well. If fish populations fall below these criteria, consultation would be reinitiated.
