When the City first applied <br />for the grant we were working on a storage reservoir project and the matching portion of <br />the grant was going to be paid from our Water Fund. When the project was not feasible <br />and the focus was on flood mitigation the City's General Fund was going to take over and <br />finance the matching funds.
