3). Pool Inflection Point Identification (Plan to move pool Tables to Appendix. <br />A. Echo Park to Cross Mountain <br />Five pool cross sections were surveyed in strata 1 and 12 in strata 2. There were <br />no pool cross section found in strata 3 or 4. A total of 110 inflection points were <br />identified, one each for the seven different variables for all 17 pool cross sections. <br />Wetted and Percent Wetted Perimeter and Stream Width <br />The mean inflection point for wetted perimeter was 166 cfs Table 9a (range: 162- <br />168 for strata 1 -2, Tables 9b -c). The mean wetted perimeter was 116 ft (range: 101 -151 <br />for strata 1 -2). The mean inflection point for percent wetted perimeter was 137 cfs <br />(range: 88 -153 for strata 1 -2). The mean wetted perimeter was 49.1% (range: 47.4 -54.2 <br />for strata 1 -2). The mean inflection point for wetted width was 119 cfs (range: 118 -122 <br />for strata 1 -2). The mean wetted width was 109 ft (range: 93 -148 for strata 1 -2). <br />Depth, Stage, Width/Depth Ratio and Velocity <br />The mean inflection point for depth was 98 cfs Table 9a (range: 86 -103 for strata <br />1 -2, Tables 9b -e). The mean depth was 1.9 ft (range: 1.6 -2.9 for strata 1 -2). The mean <br />inflection point for stage was 96 cfs (range: 95 -98 for strata 1 -2). The mean stage was 1.4 <br />ft (range: 0.8 -1.7 for strata 1 -2). The mean inflection point for width/depth ratio was 157 <br />cfs (range: 156 -165 for strata 1 -2). The mean width/depth ratio was 64 (range: 60 -65 for <br />strata 1 -2). The mean inflection point for velocity was 92 cfs (range: 90 -103 for strata 1- <br />2). The mean velocity was 0.7 ft/s (range: 0.4 -0.8 for strata 1 -2). <br />Table 9a.
