2). Run Inflection Point Identification (Plan to move Run Tables to Appendix) <br />A. Echo Park to Cross Mountain <br />Ten run cross sections were surveyed in strata 1, 9 in strata 2, 8 in strata 3 and 8 <br />in strata 4. A total of 208 inflection points were identified, one each for the seven <br />different variables for all 35 run cross sections (Appendix I, II, III and IV). <br />Wetted and Percent Wetted Perimeter and Stream Width <br />The mean inflection point for wetted perimeter was 177 cfs Table 7a (range: 131- <br />225 for strata 1 -4, Tables 7b -e). The mean wetted perimeter was 118 ft (range: 102 -192 <br />for strata 1 -4). The mean inflection point for percent wetted perimeter was 147 cfs <br />(range: 106 -170 for strata 1 -4). The mean wetted perimeter was 40.3% (range: 27.5 -55.0 <br />for strata 1 -4). The mean inflection point for wetted width was 118 cfs (range: 70 -122 for <br />strata 1 -4). The mean wetted width was 104 ft (range: 84 -166 for strata 1 -4). <br />Depth, Stage, Width/Depth Ratio and Velocity <br />The mean inflection point for depth was 99 cfs Table 7a (range: 60 -107 for strata <br />1 -4, Tables 7b -e). The mean depth was 0.9 ft (range: 0.6 -0.9 for strata 1 -4). The mean <br />inflection point for stage was 84 cfs (range: 60 -90 for strata 1 -4). The mean stage was 1.3 <br />ft (range: 0.9 -1.5 for strata 1 -4). The mean inflection point for width/depth ratio was 162 <br />cfs (range: 115 -214 for strata 1 -4). The mean width/depth ratio was 145 (range: 107 -206 <br />for strata 1 -4). The mean inflection point for velocity was 102 cfs (range: 97 -125 for <br />strata 1 -4). The mean velocity was 1.6 ft/s (range: 0.9 -1.9 for strata 1 -4). <br />Table 7a.
