We recognize <br />the importance of using CWCB funds for legitimate, beneficial and responsibly conducted activities. The <br />study has wide support in the Lower Arkansas Valley. It will be financially managed by the Southeast <br />Colorado RC&D, Inc. The project will be supervised by myself. Dr. Lauren asrruc as been recnuted <br />as local project coar mator. <br />Attached for your review are letters from the stakeholders.
