Please return the signed contracts to Bruce <br />Johnson for routing. <br />It will take approximately one week to obtain final State Controller approval once <br />the contract documents are returned. At that time, the funds will be available. <br />To initiate disbursement of funds, please provide a letter, with as much lead time <br />as possible that includes a description of work performed during the billing period and a <br />percentage of project completion by task, both from cash and in-kind funding sources, as <br />well as a statement of costs for the project-to-date, and an invoice amount to the CWCB <br />for the billing period. <br />Please give me a call at 303-866-5361 if you have any questions or concerns <br />regarding this contract. <br />Sincerely, <br />FOR THE ATTORNEY GENER.AL <br />
