Prior to COIJNTY furnishing such approval to ENGINEER, COUI�'TY will obtain. as applica.ble, comments from LOCAL SPONSORS. 11. DIRECTION OF AGREEMENT EFFORT AND COORDINATION A. In accordance wzth the provisions of this Scope/Agreement, the project admiiustrator shall be the only individual authorized to direct or redirect the effort or in any wav amend or modify the terms of this Scope/Agreement. B. ENGINEER will appoint a Project Manager and/or a Project Engineer who shall direct ENGINEER's work under this Scope/Agreement. C. COUNTY shail be responsible for coordiaating information with LOCAL SPONSORS durin� the performance of this Scope/Agreement. D. In the event that the project administrator is not available, a duly authorized person shall be appointed b�� COLTNTY to assume the responsibilities of the Executive Director pertaining to this Scope/Agreement. 12. OVdNERSHIP OF DATA The ownership of data, drawings, special software and information collected, acquired developed, and documented under this Scope/Agreement shall be vested with COUNTY. ENGINEER ma�� retain a record copy of all data, drawings, documents, special software and information. 13. CH:ANGES COLfiTTY may from time to time, request changes in the scope of services of ENG]NEER. Such changes, including an�� increase or decrease in the amownt of ENGINEER's compensation or/and time of performance, which are mutually agreed upon b�� and among PARTIES shall be incorporated in written amendments to this Scope/Agreement.
