Mr. Mike Serlet, PE <br />May 20, 2007 <br />Page 2 <br />Jon Altenhofen, PE, supervisory water resources engineer with the Northern Colorado Water <br />Conservancy District completed the accounting for these operations in 2006. The attached <br />Memorandum from Mr. Altenhofen details the 2006 augmentation accounting and LLWLJ leasing <br />of water supplies for replacement and augmentation. The Memorandum from Mr. Altenhofen <br />details the amount of funds being requested through this Grant for LLWU lease of augmentation <br />water during the 2006 water year. T'he total Grant amount requested for reimbursement to LLWU <br />for 2006 is $197,276. <br />'The following additional information is enclosed in support of this Grant request: <br />--Financial sta.tement for 2006 <br />--Official drought disaster declarations for 2006 from the U.S. Department of Agriculture, which <br />includes Logan County. <br />As President of the Lower Logan Well Users, Inc., I am the primary contact person for this grant <br />request and will be responsible for signing the Grant contract.
