Our engineers have provided a comparison of the construction effort with and without the provision of a gamefish mitigation pool. This comparison has been used with the actual construction costs to determine the cost of this mitigation measure. Costs of the permanent fish containment screens and a11 related facilities are not part of this grant application. The project has been granted a Clean Water Act Section 404 pernut by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, No. 200375136, dated February 11, 2005, a copy of which is enclosed for your reference. I have also included a copy of the 404 permit application as it discusses �in more detail the impacts to the p�oject area and mitigation measures than the actual pernut. The description of the project, the summary of impacts, estimated project costs, and estimated mitigation costs are also included �or your informanox� and consideration.
