Jon Altenhofen, <br />PE, supervisory water resources engineer with the Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District <br />completed the accounting for these operations in 2004. The attached Memorandum from Mr. <br />Altenhofen details the 2004 augmentation accounting and LLWLJ leasing of water supplies for <br />replacement and augmentation. The Memorandum from Mr. Altenhofen details the amount of <br />funds being requested through this Grant for LLWU lease of augmentation water during the 2004 <br />drought period. The total Grant amount requested for reimbursement to LLWLJ for 2004 is <br />$160,955. <br />The following additional information is enclosed in support of this Grant request: <br />--Financial statement for 2004 <br />--Official drought disaster declarations for 2004 from the U.S. Department of Agriculture, which <br />includes Sedgwick County. <br />As President of the Lower Logan Well Users, Inc., I am the primary contact person for this grant <br />request and will be responsible for signing the Grant contract.
