Mr. Mike Serlet, PE <br />March 20, 2006 <br />Page 2 <br />Jon Altenhofen, PE, supervisory water resources engineer with the Northern Colorado Water <br />Conservancy District completed the accounting for these operations in 2005. The attached <br />Memorandum from Mr. Altenhofen details the 2005 augmentation accounting and LLWU leasing <br />of water supplies for replacement and augmentation. The Memorandum from Mr. Altenhofen <br />details the amount of funds being requested through this Grant for LLWU lease of augmentation <br />water during the 2005 water year. The total Grant amount requested for reimbursement to LLWU <br />for 2005 is $145,301. <br />The following additional information is enclosed in support of this Grant request: <br />--Financial statement for 2005 <br />--Official drought disaster declarations for 2005 from the U.S. Department of Agriculture, which <br />includes Logan County. <br />As President of the Lower Logan Well i,Tsers, Inc., I am the primary contact person for this grant <br />request and will be responsible for signing the Grant contract.
