Box 1761 <br />Greeley, CO 80632 <br />SUBJECT: Grant Contract C150196 <br />Dear Mr. Bird: <br />Bill Owens <br />Governor <br />Russell George <br />Executive Director <br />Rod Kuharich <br />CWCB Director <br />Dan McAuliffe <br />Deputy D'uector <br />Enclosed for your review are the documents for Contract C 150196 for an Agricultural <br />Emergency Drought grant in the amount of $106,730.12 from the Colorado Water Conservation Board <br />for the purchase of augmentation water. <br />If the Association is satisfied with the documents, please sign all four copies where indicated by <br />the "sign here" sticker, have your signature attested by the Association's secretary, and return the <br />contracts to me. <br />Also enclosed is a W-9 Request for Taxpayer ldentification Number. Please fill out the W-9 <br />with your entity's federal employer identification number. <br />After the contract is returned, it will take approximately two to four weeks to complete the <br />contract and disburse the grant funds.
