Aeservoir releases were made to users in the following: <br />order of priority: <br />1. uff— channel reservoir releases to serve <br />existing lands only. <br />2. heleases from NarrLms heservoir as follows. <br />(a) To supply irrigation require.ents of <br />existing lands in the Farrows— balzac reach not <br />satisfied by direct flow. <br />(b) To supply irrigation requirements of <br />existing lands belovf Narrow, not satieffied by <br />direct flow and existing; off — channel reservoirs. <br />(c) To serve supplemental irrigation re— <br />quirements of new lands. <br />Note: Refinements will be made n the operational analyses to <br />adjust the shortages between existing and new lands on the basis of <br />probable repayment ability~ of existing lands. The acreage under now <br />lands will be further adjusted to brim the shortages within tolerable <br />limits. Releases from Narrows for the benefit of existing lands will <br />then be :made accordircc to scheduled deliveries under terals of the <br />repayment contract. In any event, shortagee on existing; lands will <br />be well within tolerable limits. <br />3 <br />
