Numbers greater then 18 represent modifications or addition, to
assigned locations.
(b) Locations are shown on map herewith.
(c) Division of flow fully covered under interstate compact, water almost com-
pletely regulated by John Martin Reservoir and fully utilized. No table
of monthly values is presented.
(d) Representatives of both states agreed that there is no present need for a
division of flow at the state line, and purposes are adequately served
by presentation indicated. Reservoir .atudied at Corbin, Kansas. Flow
collection begun.
(e) Ninety- two .per'cent (92%) of watershed is in Kansas.
(f) Representatives of both states agreed that there is no concern over flow
at this point because there is no potential development in region capable
of affecting flow.. Flows of less than hO ou ft per sec go underground
within a few miles of state line,
(g) No station. Salt content of water is so large that consumptive use of water
is doubtful.

and has no potential development.
(1) Eliminated from consideration in favor of assignments 21 and 22.
(j) Modified to indicate natural flow, i.e., eliminating effect of reservoir dur-
ing 194:8 and 1949.
(k) Station which is accepted by both states for compact purposes. Flow above
Conchae Dam almost completely regulated and diverted 1 939 -49•
(1) Eighty -eight per cent (88%) of watershed is in Texas.
(m) Water potential apparently is fully developed by Altus Reservoir.

(o) Twenty -six per cent (26%) of the drainage area which is in Oklahoma probably
contributes about forty -six per cent (46%) of the observed flow.
(p) Modified to indicate regulated flow with reservoir in effect for entire
period.
