7/26/06 Staff provides CWCB with draft rule; CWCB authorizes staff to initiate rulemaking
process.
8/18/06 Submit formal Notice of Rulemaking and proposed rule to Secretary of State for
publication. Post proposed rule on CWCB website.
9/11/06 Formal Notice of Rulemaking and Hearing published in CCR (Colorado Register).
9/19/06 CWCB allow informal public input on the proposed RICD rules.
10/10/06 Written comments from Parties due.
10/19/06 Prehearing conference.
06 CWCB holds formal rulemakin hearing in con' unction with November 200?Board
