NOTICE - RULES AND REGULATIONS ON THE INTERNET <br />H.B. No. 98 -1401, the general appropriation bill for the 1998 -99 fiscal year, contained a footnote <br />requiring each principal department to produce rules and regulations electronically and to submit <br />them to the .Office of Legislative Legal Services for publishing on the Internet.' The Office <br />previously requested_ agencies to provide the Internet address for any existing rules and regulations <br />that had been posted by the agency. A link to these sites has been provided from the Legislative <br />Home Page. <br />To allow the Office to continue compliance with the footnote, we ask that rules promulgated on and <br />after July. 1; 1999, and submitted to the Office for review pursuant to section 24 -4 -103 (8) (d), <br />C.R.S., either be placed on the Internet by the promulgating agency or provided in HTML format <br />to the Office. <br />The contact people with the Office for this project are Chery. Branson and Carol Mullins. Please <br />return the form shown below and direct any other questions or correspondence t9 them. If you <br />provide rules in HTML format, you should send the copy to them.
