As <br />grounds in support of this motion, the District states: <br />1. The District has entered into a stipulation with. opposers Virgil and Lee Spann Ranches <br />and Robert and Geraldine Howard ( "Spann Ranches"). The stipulation is dated August 20, 2002, and <br />it was filed with this court on or around that date by counsel for Spann Ranches. <br />2. The District has entered into a stipulation with opposer City of Gunnison. The <br />stipulation is dated August 19, 2002, and it was filed with this court on August 28, 2002. <br />3. Both stipulations require the District to file this motion. As reflected in the stipulations, <br />both Spann Ranches and the City of Gunnison have consented to this motion. <br />WHEREFORE, the District requests the court to enter the attached order approving the <br />stipulations described herein. <br />
