MOTION TO EXTEND DEADLINE FOR DISCLOSURES PURSUANT TO C.R.C.P.
26(a)(2)
The Colorado Water Conservation Board ( "CWCB ") and the State and Division
Engineers, (collectively, "the State "), by and through the Attorney General for the State
of Colorado and the undersigned Assistant Attorney General, hereby request this court
extend the deadline for their disclosures pursuant to C.R.C.P. 26(a)(2) in this matter and
in support therefore state the following:
1. The Case Management Order entered by this Court on March 24,2003 set
forth June 18, 2003 as the deadline for objectors to disclose information
pursuant to C.R.C:P. 26(a)(2).
2. Due to competing litigation of other matters and conflicting schedules, the
State requests a one week extension of time, or until June 25, 2003 in which to
file its disclosures pursuant to C.R.C.P. 26(a)(2).
3. Undersigned counsel has conferred with counsel for the applicant in this
matter and they have given their consent to this extension of the deadline.
