No. 19961 * <br />1525 Sherman Street, 5 th Floor <br />Denver, CO 80203 <br />Telephone: (303) 866 -5046 <br />*Counsel of Record <br />MOTION TO EXTEND DEADLINE FOR DISCLOSURES PURSUANT TO C.R.C.P. <br />26(a)(2) <br />The Colorado Water Conservation Board ( "CWCB ") and the State and Division <br />Engineers, (collectively, "the State "), by and through the Attorney General for the State <br />of Colorado and the undersigned Assistant Attorney General, hereby request this court <br />extend the deadline for their disclosures pursuant to C.R.C.P. 26(a)(2) in this matter and <br />in support therefore state the following: <br />1. The Case Management Order entered by this Court on March 24,2003 set <br />forth June 18, 2003 as the deadline for objectors to disclose information <br />pursuant to C.R.C:P. 26(a)(2). <br />2. Due to competing litigation of other matters and conflicting schedules, the <br />State requests a one week extension of time, or until June 25, 2003 in which to <br />file its disclosures pursuant to C.R.C.P. 26(a)(2). <br />3. Undersigned counsel has conferred with counsel for the applicant in this <br />matter and they have given their consent to this extension of the deadline. <br />
