That the said application concerns San Cristobal <br />Lake located in Hinsdale County, Colorado, and used for <br />such mi n i mum C£a- e+,as- as are requ i red to preserve the natural <br />environment to a reasonable degree, and the claim for appro- <br />priation is made under the provisions of C.R.S. 19739 <br />37 - 92 - 1.03(3)9 (4) and (10). <br />2. That applicant has furnished acceptable proof <br />as to claims made. - <br />3.
