That said Reservoir is entitled to Priority No. 141.
That the claimant of said Reservoir is The Hinsdale Mining
and Development Company and L. F. Hulen as Lseses' under Bond and
Lease.
It is a Natural Reservoir used for storing waters flowing in16!
said reservoir from the Lake Fork of the Gunnison River; and said
' waters so stored therein are later diverted therefrom through the ;

natural bed of the Lake Fork of the Gunnison River, and used

through the Lake City Power Company's Pipe Line, the property of
said above named claimants, and a part of their power system, for j
the purpose of the production and eleotrical power for general use
and application as a public utility;*and not for irrigation pur-
poses.
Said reservoir is located on the Sj Section 10; Si Section 1 §;
8j Section 22; NWk Section 27; NE� Section 28; SZj section 21,Twp
43 N. R, 4 TI, N,M.P.M in Hinsdale County, Colorado.
That paid reservoir is and was a naturally formed reservoir
or lake from the date of original claim on, towit;August 3,1898;
that the t6tal capacity of said reservoir is 426,278,160.cubio feet
of water; that the area of the high water line at present is ap-
proximately 330 sores; that said water was diverted by the
predecessor in interest of.said alaimants on August 3,1898, and
applied to a beneficial use as above stated; that ever sine said
time and now said waters have been and now are so diverted and
stored and applied for the generation of electrical power in the
manner above set forth. 14 ;
Wherefore, It is ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court,
that the said The Lake San Cristobal Reservoir, by virtue of appro-
priation., is entitled to, and there should be allowed to flow into v'
said reservoir from the Lake Fork of the Gunnison River for stor j
age purposes for the use and benefit of the parties entitled there-
to,, for the purpose of diverting and applying same for the genera
