Consent Agenda Item 1 d <br />Case No. 4- 03CW108; Upper Gunnison River Water Conservancy District <br />Application Summary <br />This is an application for a storage water right in Lake San Cristobal in the vicinity of Lake City. <br />(Please see the attached map). The Board holds a water right decree for this natural lake to preserve <br />the environment to a reasonable decree. <br />CWCB Appropriations <br />The Board holds a water right for Lake San Cristobal for 13,545 acre -feet to preserve the natural <br />environment to a reasonable degree. The Board appropriated this water right on May 12, 1976 in <br />Case No. 4- 77W3366. <br />Potential for InjurX <br />The Applicant's proposed inundation of this natural lake may injure the natural environment <br />protected by the CWCB's decree for a natural lake level in Lake San Cristobal. <br />Other Objectors <br />The other objectors in this case are: Carolyn Kates; the United States of America, Bureau of Land <br />Management and Trout Unlimited. <br />LASection FolderASECOCase Files\2003\403CW108 mem.doc <br />
