� <br />� <br />ASSIGNMENT OF ANTERO RESERVOIR CERTIFICATE <br />FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the Chatfield South Water District hereby sells, assigns and transfers <br />Antero Reservoir Certificate No. 1037 which represents 23.54 acre-feet of Antero Reservoir water, <br />evidenced by Account No. 002430 on the records of the Denver Water Department, unto the <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board, which Certificate is standing in the name of the undersigned on <br />deposit with the Board of Water Commissioners of the City and County of Denver, and does hereby <br />irrevocably constitute and appoint as attorney-in-fact to transfer the <br />said Certificate on the records of the Denver W a with full power of substitution in the <br />premises.
