<br />Section 7. Ratification and A�roval of Prior Actions. All actions
<br />heretofore taken by the officers of the District and the members of the Board, not inconsistent
<br />with the provisions of this Resolution, relating to the execution and delivery of the Loan Contract
<br />and the authorization, issuance, and delivery of the Note, are hereby ratified, approved, and
<br />confirmed.
<br />Section 8. Resolution Irre�eatable. After the Note has been issued, this
<br />Resolution shall constitute a contract between CWCB and the District, and shall be and remain
<br />irrepealable until the Note and the interest accruing thereon shall have been fully paid, satisfied,
<br />and discharged, as therein provided. �
<br />Section 9. Re�ealer. All orders, bylaws, and resolutions of the District, or
<br />parts thereof, inconsistent or in the conflict with this Resolution, are hereby repealed to the extent
<br />only of such inconsistency or conflict.
<br />Section 10. Severabil� �on, paragraph, clause, or provision of this
<br />Resolution shall for an reason be held td'b mvalid or une orceable, the invalidity or

<br />unenforceability of such section, para a, o��o i shall not affect any of the
<br />remaining provisions of this Resolu , e i e same are severable.
<br />Section 11. Effective Date. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
<br />upon its adoption and approval.
