L <br />�Y <br />X <br />Recreational Instream Flow Workshop <br />1313 Sherman Street, Room 318 <br />October 30, 2000 <br />Transcription of meeting tape <br />Dan McAuliffe Meeting introduction Eric Wilkinson — What we started to do in July in the meeting in <br />Gunnison was to establish a sub - committee of one, really a subcommittee headed by one, headed by board <br />member Erick Wilkinson to begin discussing this issue with the board staff, with the Attorney General's <br />office with water rights holders with a others to see whether or not the Water Conservation Board had a <br />role in making recommendations or things of that nature proposing some actions to either address what is <br />something that has to be address or not. Part of what we are going to do here today is talk a little bit about <br />this issue, here some presentations from folks who have been involved in it and see where we go. What I <br />would like to do before I turn it over to Eric, so that he has got a good sense of who is going to be here to <br />talk about this issue and came today.
