Attached please find a summary of the formal comments received regarding the version of the Proposed Rules
Concerning Recreational In- Channel Diversions as submitted to the Secretary of State on September 27, 2001.
We received nine letters on or before the October 17, 2001 deadline for submission of formal comment and one
additional letter after this date. All letters are included in this summary with a note to identify the one received
after October 17.
Also attached to this memo is a summary of all written comments received to date at the CWCB concerning the
Proposed Rules Concerning Recreational In- Channel Diversions.
