Dr. Shelby's report, resume, publication list and prior <br />testimony are attached. <br />The CWCB and the Engineers may utilize any Expert Witness relied upon by any other <br />party for the purposes of rebuttal or surrebuttal. The CWCB and the Engineers reserve the right to <br />expand the scope of, revise and add to the bases of its experts' opinions and to endorse additional <br />experts in this matter as provided by the Rules of Civil Procedure, the Case Management Order or <br />as may be allowed by the Court. <br />B.
