As grounds in support of this motion, the District states:
1. Pursuant to the Case Management Order, the current discovery deadline is August 6,
2003. This motion seeks to extend that deadline to and through August 13, 2003, one week beyond
the current deadline.
2. Counsel for the Colorado Water Conservation Board and the Colorado River Water
Conservation District have consented to the requested extension. The other parties are not engaged
in discovery in this matter.
3. Giventhe previously granted one week extension ofthe Colorado Water Conservation
Board's expert disclosure deadline, as well as the logistics of completing written discovery and
depositions as may be necessary in response to the Colorado Water Conservation Board's expert
disclosures, the District believes a one week extension is necessary.
