MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME
The Colorado River Water Conservation District ( "River District "), by and through its
undersigned counsel, moves for the entry of an order approving an extension of time, until and
including June 23, 2003, of the deadline by which the River District is required to submit its
disclosures pursuant to Colo.R.Civ.P. 26(a)(2). As grounds for this motion, the River District states
as follows:
1. Pursuant to the Case Management Order, each active objector must disclose the identity of
persons who may present evidence at trial pursuant to C.R.E. 702, 703, or 705 along with the
information required by Colo.R.Civ.P. 26(a)(2) on or before June 18, 2003.
2. Due to the press of other business and time commitments, the River District requests an
extension of 5 days, up to and including June 23, 2003, within which to file its Colo.R.Civ.P.
26(a)(2) disclosures.
