REOPERATIONS MOA <br /> WEST OF PUEBLO <br /> quality monitoring program as outlined in the Implementation Committee <br /> Report, with the advice of the Storage Implementation Committee. <br /> 6. The Enterprise's undertaking and fulfillment of its responsibilities <br /> described above is dependent upon its receipt of the financial contributions <br /> of the Participant and other Reoperation Participants as set forth in this <br /> MOA. <br /> C. Enterprise and Reoperation Participants' joint responsibilities: Implementation. <br /> Committee participation: <br /> 1. The Storage Implementation Committee is a successor to the Storage <br /> Study Committee, which has acted as an advisory committee to the Needs <br /> Assessment Enterprise. Each Reoperation Participant shall have one <br /> representative on the Storage Implementation Committee, which shall act <br /> as an advisory committee to the Enterprise regarding implementation and <br /> development of Reoperations and Enlargements. Membership in the <br /> Storage Implementation Committee may or may not be limited to <br /> representatives of the Enterprise and the Reoperation Participants and <br /> participants in the Enlargements, at the discretion of the Enterprise Board. <br /> The Implementation Committee may form. a Reoperations Subcommittee <br /> consisting of representatives of the Enterprise and Reoperation <br /> Participants, to provide guidance specific to implementation of <br /> Reoperations. <br /> 2. Some of the municipal beneficiaries of the Fryingpan- Arkansas Project are <br /> not Reoperation Participants as defined in this MOA. The Enterprise and <br /> FVA Participants shall oppose the execution of Reoperation Contracts <br /> prior to December 31, 2021, with any entity not participating in <br /> implementation costs of Reoperations consistent with this MOA, unless <br /> and until such entity has entered into an agreement with the Enterprise to <br /> fully reimburse its proportionate share of the Enterprise's implementation <br /> and development costs for Reoperations consistent with this MOA, to the <br /> Enterprise and/or the Reoperation Participants, as appropriate. <br /> V.
