A <br /> REOPERATIONS MOA <br /> WEST OF PUEBLO <br /> VI. Term <br /> This MOA shall remain in. effect until all undertakings identified herein are <br /> completed or until any remaining undertakings are prevented by the United States <br /> or terminated by subsequent agreement of the parties hereto. <br /> VII. Assignment and Sublease <br /> Participant may assign its rights and obligations under this MOA only to another <br /> municipal water supplier enterprise within the portions of the Southeastern <br /> Colorado Water Conservancy District lying West of Pueblo, by mutual agreement <br /> to assign and assume such rights and obligations; provided that the Enterprise <br /> shall be given advance notice of such assignment.
