PUEBLO BOARD OF WATER WORKS
VI. Term
A. This MOA shall remain in effect until terminated by subsequent agreement of the
parties hereto, or until any further performance is rendered impossible by action of
the United States..
B. This agreement may be amended at any time by written consent of the designated
representatives of the Enterprise and the Participant.
VII. Assignment
Participant may assign its rights and obligations under this MOA only to another
municipal water supplier enterprise or private entity for use within the
Southeastern Colorado Water Conservancy District by mutual agreement to assign
and assume such rights and obligations; provided that the Enterprise shall be
given advance notice and, except where the Participant is, at the time of the
assignment, a member of the enterprise or entity assuming such rights and
