ENLARGEMENTS MOA
WEST OF PUEBLO
United States, whereby the Enterprise will reimburse the United States for
specified tasks relating to the implementation and development of the
Enlargements. In addition to its costs incurred pursuant to said MOU, the
Enterprise will incur additional costs (including but not limited to engineering,
environmental, legal, accounting and other consulting fees and administrative
costs) in carrying out its role in the implementation and development of the
Enlargements.
G. As described in greater detail in the PSOP Report (where it is generally referred to
as "District Water Management Storage ") and the Implementation Committee
Report, the Enterprise's allocated portion of Enlargement Storage space provided
for herein ( "Enterprise Water Management Storage ") is designed to meet a variety
of Enterprise water management objectives, including (a) improved management
of Winter Water, by providing dedicated storage space to capture Winter Water
spilled from the existing capacity of Pueblo Reservoir due to implementation of
Reoperations; (b) management of Fryingpan- Arkansas Project return flows and
other water supplies used for well augmentation; (c) storage space for a water
bank, and/ or to manage temporary water transfers from agricultural to municipal
