ENLARGEMENTS MOA <br /> WEST OF PUEBLO <br /> VI. Term <br /> A. This MOA shall remain in effect until terminated by subsequent agreement of the <br /> parties hereto, or until any further performance is rendered impossible by action of <br /> the United States.. <br /> B. This agreement may be amended at anytime by written consent of the designated <br /> representatives of the Enterprise and the Participant. <br /> VII. Assignment <br /> Participant may assign its rights and obligations under this MOA only to another <br /> municipal water supplier enterprise or private entity for use within the <br /> Southeastern Colorado Water Conservancy District by mutual agreement to assign <br /> and assume such rights and obligations; provided that the Enterprise shall be <br /> given advance notice and, except where the Participant is, at the time of the <br /> assignment, a member of the enterprise or entity assuring such rights and <br /> -27- <br />
