ENLARGEMENTS MOA <br /> WEST OF PUEBLO <br /> and condition in Participant's Enlargement Allotment Contract for <br /> the Pueblo Reservoir Enlargement <br /> V. Payment Requirements <br /> A. Implementation costs <br /> 1. During the implementation phase, Participant shall make payments to the <br /> Enterprise on a quarterly basis in an amount based on Participant's share <br /> (as defined in ¶ IV.A.2 above) of the estimated costs of work to be <br /> performed by Reclamation and the Enterprise in the upcoming quarter. <br /> For the first nine months of 2001, the Enterprise has funded up -front all <br /> expenses incurred. In October 2001, the Enterprise shall bill Participant <br /> for its proportionate share of costs for the first nine months of 2001 and <br /> for the estimated costs of work to be performed by Reclamation and the <br /> Enterprise in the upcoming quarter. <br /> -25- <br />
