ENLARGEMENTS MOA <br /> WEST OF PUEBLO <br /> representatives of the Enterprise and the Enlargements Participants and <br /> participants in Reoperations, at the discretion of the Enterprise Board. The <br /> Implementation Committee may form a Enlargements Subcommittee <br /> consisting of representatives of the Enterprise and Enlargements <br /> Participants, to provide guidance specific to implementation and <br /> development of the Enlargements. <br /> 2. The Enterprise will enter into Enlargement Allotment Contracts only with <br /> Enlargements Participants that reimburse their proportionate share of <br /> implementation costs to the Enterprise pursuant to a MOA executed prior <br /> to enactment of the Enlargements Authorizing Legislation. Those entities <br /> executing such aMOA after October 1, 2001, will be required to <br /> reimburse appropriate costs, including, but not limited to a proportionate <br /> share of implementation costs, together with interest. Nothing herein shall <br /> preclude the Enterprise from issuing "EWMS Allotment Contracts" as <br /> described in the Implementation Committee Report. <br /> -22- <br />
