ENLARGEMENTS MOA <br /> GENERAL <br /> a. Participant shall pay all charges set in its Enlargement Allotment <br /> Contract, including its proportionate share of costs of operation <br /> and maintenance ("O&M") of the Enlargement storage space. In <br /> addition, Participant shall remain obligated to pay such additional <br /> Fryingpan- ArkRnsas Project O &M as would otherwise be due. <br /> Such O &M costs will be paid by the Enlargement Participants and <br /> the Enterprise in proportion to each party's allocated portion of the <br /> storage space made available by the Enlargements. The Enterprise <br /> shall fund the O &M costs attributable to the Enterprise Water <br /> Management Storage space through charges on the use of the <br /> Enterprise Water Management Space and consistent with the <br /> funding plan developed, as described in section IV.
