- 1 <br /> ENLARGEMENTS MOA <br /> WEST OF PUEBLO <br /> United States to provide for the option to trade any new storage space in Pueblo <br /> Reservoir for Project Storage space in Turquoise or Twin Lakes Reservoir, or to <br /> • <br /> execute an exchange with the United States that would allow Participant to take <br /> delivery of its water at its point of diversion. <br /> IV. Responsibilities. <br /> The Enterprise and Participant shall cooperate in the implementation and <br /> development of the Enlargements as set forth in this MOA. Specifically, the <br /> Participant and the Enterprise each shall have the following responsibilities: <br /> A. Participant's responsibilities: <br /> 1. Participant shall participate in thedmplementation costs of the <br /> Enlargements as set forth in this MOA, in exchange for a right to the use <br /> of storage space, to the extent permitted by a subsequent Enlargement <br /> Allotment Contract.
