ENLARGEMENTS MOA <br /> PUEBLO WEST <br /> users under interruptible supply or water lease agreements; and (d) storage space <br /> available for short-term or long -term leasing by interested water users within the <br /> District. <br /> H. Participant presently intends to request an Enlargement Allotment Contract for <br /> 5,500 A.F. storage space for non Project water in the enlargements of Pueblo <br /> Reservoir and/or Turquoise Reservoir. The availability of Enlargement Storage <br /> space to each Enlargement Participant, and the use of such storage space, <br /> ultimately will be influenced by a number of factors, including the <br /> Implementation Committee Report, federal -level feasibility study(s), <br /> congressional authorization, negotiations with the Bureau of Reclamation, the <br /> final environmental impact statement for the enlargement project, and the <br /> payment of an appropriate share of Enlargements construction costs by each <br /> Enlargement Participant, pursuant to an Enlargement Allotment Contract or <br /> similar agreement for payment of such costs. <br /> -7- <br />
